WARNING

Just a quick note to let you all know that I have been getting some serious warnings about the 3 sties that I have. You may find one day that they been deleted. I hope not but I wanted to let you all know. If this is the case I will put some links here for where you can find links from.

UPDATE: 28th January 2012
Both Hidden Treazures and Quick Links are now gone.  Lets hope that is the end of it and they only got those two sites as they had all the MU links in them

  2. I will always have this site going, they can't delete this one as there is nothing bad on here.

Though in saying that I am not sure what I will do if they do delete my sites, as it is Hidden Treazures went down today... Not that it could be used anymore anyway. :(

    Sad days

  3. i don`t think mu will be back up... not unless some lawyer can get around the notice that is up on megaupload.com at the moment.

all the servers in us have been taken so unless mu had a major backup of all servers somewhere secret.. all data has been deleted... or at least keep to prove the guilt of people that are uploading stuff to mu.

i have a nasty feeeling that people who have uploaded to mu like myself and loads of others that you will get a knock on the door in the future.. i.e. 4-5 years down the line.

or just your isp cutting you off.

either way all the isp will be sitting on a lot of bandwidth that isn`t getting used now, lol

    2. I have a friend in USA who is a lawyer and is one of the biggest downloaders I know. He said not to worry you will never get a knock on your door for downloading. His ISP gets complaints about him all the time but nothing has ever happened.

    4. @DSTANLEY: First I want to say thanks for all the hard work over the years. Your blog is the best I have ever seen out there. It is so nice having it all in one place and not having to search for all the links.

I'm sure your aware that your site will keep getting deleted as long as it's on blogspot.com because it's a GOOGLE.com service based in USA. If you could find a blog in another country that is not under USA laws then you would be left alone.

Is their another free blog service you can use if they shut down tvscenerelease ??????

I don't think anything will happen to you as in the grand scheme of things what your doing is very small potatoes to the FBI.

    5. Hi Tim

Nothing is as good as blogspot, I need to have a server that allows so many people on at once. I went to wordpress once and it got deleted in a week....

Other free blogs just don't have the capacity for TVSR.

  4. I am sorry, upset, slightly intimidated for both of us. This just seems to wrong, wrong, wrong. You've been grand and I love(d) your site. Hopefully I will never miss your site. That being said, thank you for all you have done. I have learned how to work these sites because of all you have offered. Hope you will be around for a long time.
    Again, thank you.

  5. Just so you have all file sharing sites used by this site have now been restricted or closed due to threat by FBI. So this is a very sad time for us all.

  9. Got this from Kimmers:

    MegaUpload - Closed.
FileServe - Closing does not sell premium.
FileJungle - Deleting files. Locked in the U.S.
UploadStation - Locked in the U.S.
FileSonic - The news is arbitrary (under FBI investigation).
VideoBB - Closed! would disappear soon.
Uploaded - Banned U.S. and the FBI went after the owners who are gone.
FilePost - Deleting all material (so will leave executables, pdfs, txts)
Videoz - closed and locked in the countries affiliated with the USA.
4shared - Deleting files with copyright and waits in line at the FBI.
MediaFire - Called to testify in the next 90 days and it will open
    doors pro FBI

  10. I know a lot of you don't want to mess with it, but it's about time to go back to torrents, either through Usenet or an invitation site. It's just as fast, free and if your careful, safe. I'm really surprised that the domino's are falling this fast. I figured that they would go after MV and it would take a while before they made their next move. Guess I was really wrong...

  12. I now use privacy.io ($35/6months) to protect my IP address and I am going back to torrents.

  13. Well, I never thought watching TV would become a niche, semi-illegal activity. *Sigh.* Whilst we all take stock of our hard drives and memory sticks, one word to you, D. Stanley: Thanks. It was a golden age, and we never knew it.

retroflix.info A Blast From The Past) we were watching them talk about in in another forum, so things are chanceing and not for the good

  20. @ Pass: It really is just a matter of hanging in there until it passes. Lets hope the wait is not too long...

I am sure things will move in a good direction again but at the moment everyone is panicking.

Tell your wife that the site may come up again, just as another name. I know when I get shut down I usually move on to another site but this is a little different with the file hosting sites getting hit....

  21. Hi DStanley,

I'm also a big fan of your work :)
If you still are searching for a good sharing method:
bayfiles is a good alternative. (has also great speeds like the closed mu)
Second: I agree with some others tumblr is a good blogpost system. You can also try the crawlers not to find your links.

I still have to say, thx for the nice months you brought to us all by providing the things we want to follow
    Regards
    L
